Meet the Pastor:  Meet our Senior Pastor, Gary deBock, and hear his story, the church’s history and where he sees us heading in the future.  There will be a Q and A time as well.  Meet the Pastor at the Newaygo Campus is TODAY at 12:30 pm.

Baptism:  If you are interested in learning more about baptism, please contact the office.  It is required that you meet with one of the pastors/elders and discuss what baptism means before you will be considered as a candidate.  The next baptismal service is planned for Sunday, November 4.

Operation Christmas Child:  For 25 years, OCC has been collecting shoeboxes filled with gifts and delivering them to children in need around the world.  Each box is an opportunity for a boy or girl to experience the love of God in a tangible way and hear the Gospel.  For more information, see the OCC display in the foyer.  Shoeboxes are due back (at both campuses) no later than November 11.

POWERHOUSE Fund Raiser:  Mark your calendar for November 11, from 6:00-8:00 pm, for the POWERHOUSE Fund Raiser.  Be watching for more details.  Everyone is encouraged to come!

The Season of Giving and Blessing:  We have a wonderful opportunity during this Christmas season to bless and encourage our Missionary families with a financial Christmas gift from our Trinity church family.  Please consider being a part of this Christmas giving season by sharing a portion of the financial resources you have been entrusted with by our Lord, over and beyond your tithe giving.  Please log into our Giving page via our website and select Missionary Christmas Gifts.  You may also contribute to this same fund with a check:  simply include a notation that the check or a specified portion of your check is for Missionary Christmas Gifts.  Donations will be taken until November 18.  These donation funds will be sent to our Mission families in early December.

Community Announcements

Thank you, Trinity Fellowship, for the use of your building for the Mecosta/Osceola Right to Life Focus on Life Dinner.  We appreciate your support of those who are vulnerable. Special thanks to Bill Stanek and the volunteers who prepared the meal.  We are so thankful for your servant hearts!  Kathie Richards, for Mecosta/Osceola Right to Life, Inc.

Prayer for the Nation:  Let’s  join together for an evening of prayer for our nation!  This event is open to the entire community. We will gather on November 1, 2018, at 6:30 pm in “The Outback.”  All are welcome for a time of personal prayer, worship and reflection as our nation approaches important elections. In a day of division, let us gather in a spirit of unity and co-operation regardless of party affiliation.

Moms In Prayer groups are starting, and we invite you to join us or start a group to pray for your child or grandchild’s school. If you are not praying for your children, who is? We meet regularly for one hour and lift the children and school staff to the Father in prayer. To learn more, contact Area Coordinator Brenda at 231-580-9481 or go to

Grief Never Takes a Holiday:  Spectrum Health Hospice is pleased to offer a free support group meeting, open to the public and geared toward those who have had a loss within the past year.  The first family gathering without a loved one can seem overwhelming. Many times we are not dealing with just one day to get through, but a whole season and all the anticipation and anxiety that accompany it. This one-time event gives participants a chance to plan and anticipate the season and receive education on practicing good coping techniques.  Wednesday, November 7, 2018, 4:00-5:30 pm, at Big Rapids Hospital ACR2. Registration is required. Call Kelly, Bereavement Coordinator, at 616-486-2833 to register.
