The office is open Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.  On Fridays, the office is open from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Meet the Pastor:  Meet our Senior Pastor, Gary deBock, and hear his story, the church’s history and where he sees us heading in the future.  There will be a Q and A time as well.  Meet the Pastor at the Big Rapids campus will be TODAY, October 14, at 12:30 pm, and at the Newaygo Campus on October 28, at 12:30 pm. 

Baptism:  If you are interested in learning more about baptism, please contact the office.  It is required that you meet with one of the pastors/elders and discuss what baptism means before you will be considered as a candidate.  The next baptismal service is planned for Sunday, November 4.

Men’s Fellowship Breakfast:  Saturday, October 20, at 8:00 am, at Two Hats Ranch.  Jack Schugars, long-time high school (Muskegon) and college football (FSU) coach, will be the guest speaker.   Jack is currently the Varsity Assistant at Traverse City Central. Cost:  $10. 

Kitchen Training:  A kitchen training session will be held in the Ministry Center kitchen on Monday, October 22, at 7:00 pm.  It is important that you be in attendance on time and be there for the duration to be kitchen approved.  If you want to be approved as a person in charge to use any of the equipment, you must be approved and trained per health department regulations.  If you have questions, feel free to contact Bill Stanek.  RSVP to the office at 231-796-2600 

Community Announcements

Crank up the Hymns has started on the 4th Monday of the month. Our next one is October 22, at 7:00 pm at Crankers in Big Rapids. Come join us for an hour of hymn singing led by Dave Yonker and CJ Keef.  Enjoy something to eat or drink as well, if you like!

Moms In Prayer groups are starting, and we invite you to join us or start a group to pray for your child or grandchild’s school. If you are not praying for your children, who is? We meet regularly for one hour and lift the children and school staff to the Father in prayer. To learn more go to www.MomsInPrayer.org

Focus on Life Annual Benefit:  Mecosta/Osceola Right to Life invites you to their annual fundraiser on Wednesday, October 24, at 6:00 pm, at Trinity Fellowship.  The speaker for the evening is Sgt. John Wayne Cockfield.  Since 1996, he has worked with NRTLC to promote public awareness of the present and growing threat of euthanasia.  Mr. Cockfield has lobbied at the state and federal levels for passage of anti-euthansia legislation.  He travels extensively speaking out for protection of medically vulnerable people including the poor, the elderly, the disabled, and those who are chronically and terminally ill.
