Today is the Congregational Meeting; please plan to join us after second service in Big Rapids. The Agenda, Elder Reaffirmation, and Membership Candidates information is at the end of these announcements.
Steadfast Prayer: Join Chris Poiner & Real Life in between services on Sundays (room 113) for Steadfast Prayer. This will be a time of praying for our church, our town, the world and everything else that needs prayer. Even if you only have a few minutes, drop in and join us as we seek the Lord in prayer, petition, and thanksgiving!

* Join us for Youth United on May 5th from 6:00-8:30pm in the PowerHouse building. Other local youth groups will be joining us for a night of music, games, snacks, and fun! This is a free event and open to students grades 6-12.
* Registration is open for Powerhouse Summer Trips! Visit trinityinfo.org/ph-events for more info and to sign up! A quick info meeting will be held on May 19th between services in Room 105 to answer any questions.
* Graduating Seniors: If you would like to be featured in Trinity’s 2024 high school graduates annual bulletin, please fill out the form at: tinyurl.com/TrinityGrads24 no later than May 5th.
* Peanut, Peanut Butter – and Jelly! TrinityKids vs PowerHouse
We will be collecting peanut butter and jelly for Angels of Action summer food bags. Donation boxes will be by Pier 17 until May 5th. This is a competitive collection. Whose box will your donation go into: TKids or PowerHouse? The ultimate winners will be Angels of Action and hungry kids in our community. Suggested sizes are as follows: Jelly in 20 oz squeeze bottles and peanut butter 16 oz jars. No glass containers.
Celebrate Our Missionaries!
Today we are praying for Jean Martin/Jacquemise Etienne and Rafa and Yoli Villalba. Please continue to pray for them throughout the week. Celebrate our missionaries’ birthdays and anniversaries by praying for them on their special day and sending a card or email. (Contact the office for addresses.)

Transition Prayer Requests (from Elders): 1. Pray that the Spirit would guide the Congregational Meeting in the updating of information regarding the Transition, and for the Spirit to grant wisdom, understanding, clarity, and interaction in that process. 2. Pray that the Spirit continues to work in Gary and Kathy’s hearts, preparing them for the new work to which He has called them. 3. Pray that the Spirit continues to work in the hearts of the next senior pastor and his family for the work here at Trinity.

Minutes from the November congregational meeting are available on the Information Board (at the main entrance) for your review prior to the April 28 congregational meeting.
Elder Reaffirmation: Joe Gardner, Scott Landstra, and Steve Wheeler are requesting congregational input as they screen for another three-year term as an elder. Please review the Biblical qualification (I Timothy 3:1-7; 1 Peter 5:1-3; Titus 1:5-9) with Joe, Scott, and Steve in mind. If you have questions or concerns, please address them to Joe, Scott, or Steve directly as to avoid miscommunication or misunderstanding. If approved by the screening committee, members will vote to re-affirm Joe, Scott, and Steve at the Congregational Meeting on April 28. A more detailed list of qualifications can be picked up at the welcome desk.

Please connect with each to welcome them.
